Return Policy

Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Product Condition: To be eligible for a return or refund, products must be in their original, unopened packaging. Products that have been opened or are no longer sealed are not eligible.

Refused Shipments: Please do not refuse delivery. Refused shipments are not eligible for refunds.

Policy Abuse: Our team reserves the right to deny refunds or returns that are deemed abusive or outside the guidelines of our customer service charter.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If Dropps provides you with a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of that label will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the returned order being processed by our warehouse.
